All alcohol (iced and ready to go, unopened wine & liquor bottles)

We provide

  • Basic Mixers
  • Garnishes
  • Stirrers
  • Cocktail Napkins
  • Bottle Openers & Cork Screws
  • High Quality Plastic ware
  • Drink Ice


Bartenders $40 per hour with any package, minimum 4 hours (including 1 hour setup/breakdown), no half hours.  We only provide staffing with our packages.


CHAMPAGNE TOAST- Includes Champagne Flute $5 per person

SIGNATURE DRINKS- Kentucky/Moscow Mule, Backyard Basil Lemon Drop, Old Fashioned, Fredericksburg Cooler (Peach Vodka, Sweet Tea), Cactus Flower (Tequila, Prosecco, Hibiscus Syrup) Jalapeño Peach Margarita (rocks) Add $2 per person/hour for 1st signature drink, $1 for additional signature drink.

BIG BATCH DRINKS (Serve 50) Sangria, Backyard Margarita (rocks), Spiked Aquas Frescas, Texas Wedding Punch, Fredericksburg Cooler $250 per batch.


BEER: Shiner Bock, Bud Light, Love Street, Michelob Ultra, Dos Equis (Kegs available for larger events.)

WINES  Whites: Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Reds: Red Winemakers Blend

LIQUOR: Tito’s Vodka, Beefeaters Gin, Jack Daniel’s Whiskey, Jim Beam Bourbon, Crown Royal, Bacardi Rum, Cuervo Gold Tequila.


  • Any permit fees or additional insurance is the responsibility of the client and will be charged to the event.
  • If BYC provides alcohol, we must provide all the alcohol, if client is providing alcohol, they must provide all the alcohol, no mixing is allowed per TABC.
  • BYC does not operate cash bars.
  • No “shots” allowed, including client supplied alcohol bars
  • All bars subject to tax and onsite management fee.
  • All bars require 1 hour setup/breakdown.  This will be included in the bartender line item.
  • 1 bartender per 50 people are required for proper event flow.  BYC will determine staffing levels.
  • We reserve the right to slow or cease service as necessary.  This includes client-supplied alcohol.
  • “Last Call” will  be no less than 30 minutes before the end of the event.
  • Nobody but BYC staff is allowed behind the bar.
